SERVICES
We are here to help with all those little jobs that you know need doing but just haven't got round to yet. They may seem too small for a traditional tradesman - but they are the jobs we love. Hire me for one job or book me for a day or more to complete a number of tasks. I can turn my hand to many things but above all I won't overpromise and under deliver. All tasks completed at a reasonable rate.

GENERAL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
For all the 'little jobs' in and around the house that you just haven't got round to, such as putting up that shelf, fixing the sticking door, clearing the gutters, adding window locks etc.
PAINTING & DECORATING
Decorating a room can create a massive impact, whether its a simple freshen up or a colour change, we can also tackle your exterior walls and woodwork.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Our gardening service include Lawn mowing & edging, Weeding & pruning, fence repair and painting. Patio and deck cleaning, shed re-felting etc.
WOOD FLOOR FITTING
Solid wood, Engineered wood or Laminate flooring is a worthwhile investment in your home, easy to clean, low maintenance, strong & durable and non fading. You supply the product and leave us to fit it beautifully.
FLATPACK FURNITURE
Leave it to me, and I will assemble your flatpack furniture- I have an extensive collection of Allen keys!
ANOTHER PAIR OF HANDS
Sometimes you just need another pair of hands to help out-moving furniture, putting up a shed etc- whatever it is give us a shout.
WORK RATES
At The Handyman Stansted, We can usually give you an estimate over the phone or by email but it may be necessary to visit your home to see the job first hand. I believe that you should be informed before you commit to using me what the job will cost and when it will be completed. There is no separate call out charge but there is a one hour minimum cost. Please see below for standard charges.
PER HOUR
First Hour: £40.00
Additional Hour: £30.00
Additional Half Hour: £15.00
PER PROJECT
In addition to the handyman services I offer a bespoke design service for fitted and free standing furniture. Pricing on request.
LARGER PROJECTS
If you have a larger project that will take several days I am happy to provide you with a discounted day rate, please contact me to discuss.
